COACH

Going into his fourth season in MLL, Isaiah Davis Allen has a knack for winning. He’s a 2019 champion with the Bayhawks, an NCAA Champion with the Maryland Terrapins in 2017 and a three -time state champion for St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes High School in Alexandria, Virginia. Last season, Davis-Allen saw action in 15 games for the Bayhawks, where he recorded 36 ground balls, 5 caused turnovers, 4 assists, and 2 goals.

Davis-Allen saw action in 15 games for the Bayhawks, where he recorded 36 ground balls, 5 caused turnovers, 4 assists, and 2 goals.  

Chesapeake Bayhawks (2018) 
Davis-Allen appeared in 14 games for the Bayhawks, where he picked up a career-high 50 ground balls, notched 4 assists, and caused 2 turnovers.

Chesapeake Bayhawks (2017) 
In his first season, Davis-Allen played in 8 games for the Bayhawks, where he collected 21 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers, and 1 assist. 

College
Allen went on to play at Maryland, where he was a two-time First Team USILA All-American and a team captain in 2016, 2017. He had a career-high junior season where he recorded 46 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers, 4 goals, and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team. As a senior, he collected 39 ground balls, 3 assists, 2 caused turnovers, 1 goal, was a recipient of the Senior CLASS Award and was named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List. 

Personal 
Son of Frank Allen and Audrey Davis. A native of Springfield, Virginia, Allen attended St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes High School, where he won 3 state championships and an ICA title.

Nation United is a minority owned and operated organizaion dedicated to increasing diversity in sports through elite level competition, team building, and community service.

All players are selected by Nation United staff via our application portal, or in person evaluation at one of our camps or yearly Summit.

No.  We are always reviewing applicants.

Yes.  We handle requests on an individual basis.

YES!  We actually encourage you to continue playing with your current club team. 

We have an incredible staff of coaches with experience at all levels, from Youth through professional.  Although we like the continuity of keeping our coaches with specific teams it is not always possible.

Our teams do not practice regularly. We will typically schedule a practice the day before any competitive event.

Our  fees change based on the following: travel of various events, coaching staff and number of players invited.
